DMCA Policy

Last updated: May 9, 2026

1. Our Role

YourIPTVPlayer is a media player application. We do not host, store, transmit, index, or distribute any streaming content. Users connect to their own third-party IPTV providers via Xtream Codes API or M3U URLs that they themselves supply.

2. No Hosted Content

Because we do not host the streams or media that users play, takedown requests for stream content must be directed to the actual hosting provider or the IPTV service supplying that content, not to us.

3. Reporting Infringement on Our Site

If you believe content hosted directly by YourIPTVPlayer (such as marketing copy, screenshots, or branding on our website) infringes your copyright, you may send a DMCA notice that includes:
  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • Identification of the material to be removed and its URL on our site.
  • Your contact information (address, phone, email).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

4. Counter-Notice

If material you posted was removed, you may submit a counter-notice with the same elements required by the DMCA. We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant.

5. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

6. Submitting a Notice

DMCA notices and counter-notices may be sent through the contact options on our website. Notices that are materially incomplete or that target third-party stream content we do not host may be disregarded.
