Terms of Service
Last updated: May 9, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using YourIPTVPlayer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
2. Description of Service
YourIPTVPlayer is a media player application available on the web (youriptvplayer.com) and as a Windows desktop app. YourIPTVPlayer allows users to connect to their own IPTV service providers via Xtream Codes API or M3U URLs. YourIPTVPlayer does not provide, host, store, or distribute any streaming content. The Service acts solely as a media player interface. You are responsible for providing your own content sources and for ensuring that your use of third-party IPTV services complies with applicable laws and the terms of those services.
3. User Accounts
You may create an account to access certain features such as cloud sync and Pro. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Pro Subscription
YourIPTVPlayer Pro is an optional premium subscription that unlocks additional features. All core player features — including playback, EPG, favorites, history and Chromecast — are available for free. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless you purchase a lifetime plan. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and you may cancel at any time through your subscription management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice; any changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to engage in any illegal activity or to violate any applicable laws, to distribute malware or other harmful software, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems, to interfere with or disrupt the Service, to impersonate any person or entity, or to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
6. Content Disclaimer
YourIPTVPlayer does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for any content accessed through third-party IPTV services. You are solely responsible for the content you access and for ensuring that your use of third-party services complies with all applicable laws, including copyright laws. YourIPTVPlayer will cooperate with authorities if required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
The YourIPTVPlayer application, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is our property and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourIPTVPlayer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YourIPTVPlayer and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by law.
